Brief report on Vigilance Awareness Week (27.10.2025 to 02.22.2025) at ICAR-CICR, Nagpur
In view of the ICAR Office Order (F.No.:-PS/1 (7)/2025-26 dated: 24th October 2025 as per communication from ICAR (File No: 1 04- 112025-Yig-l dated 18th September 2025) in line with the circular from Central Vigilance Commission (No. 025/VGL/047 dated 10.09.2025) on observance of Vigilance Awareness Week by all organizations during 27.10.2025 to 23.11.2025, ICAR-CICR organized Vigilance awareness week in its Headquarters at Nagpur as well as its regional stations, Sirsa (North) and Coimbatore (South). The observance week commenced with an integrity pledge on October 27, 2025 administered by the Vigilance Officer, ICAR, CICR, Nagpur and respective Heads at other two regional stations. Fiftyone staff members participated and took the integrity pledge. Banners on the Vigilance Awareness Week providing the theme “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility” was also displayed at prominent places of the Institute.
One guest lecture was also arranged on 31.10.2025 for the Institute staff on “Role of Vigilance for Good Governance” by Sh. Anil Jittawar, Dy. Superintendent of Police, Anti-Corruption Bureau, Nagpur. The session was interactive wherein, various staff members cleared their concepts regarding vigilance and measures on anti-corruption.
