    • Awarded “A” grade (80% and above) for overall performance in the 69th FOCARS training attended at NAARM, Hyderabad.
    • Qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) for Lectureship / Assistant Professorship) conducted by ASRB, New Delhi in the subject “Agricultural Extension” on 03.04.2000
    • Received the award of ICAR Junior Fellowship (National 5th Rank out of 10) in the subject Extension Education and availed it for doing M.Sc (Agrl. Extension)
    • Offered Appointment by Banking Service Recruitment Board (BSRB) – Western Group, Baroda for the post of Agricultural Officer in Junior Management Grade/Scale-I on 23.07.1999
